Large-scale mixed-use development of a former waterfront industrial site, consisting of residential, retail, and commercial uses. Continuous urban street walls define exclusive interior courtyard “rooms” – creating private, safe, and intimate outdoor amenity for the residents. A recreational park and pedestrian commercial parcels are sited to the north of the residential development, interwoven with gateway apartment towers that relate to the nautical history of the site.
