Luxurious materials & details embody the new 30 story tower –  from black granite geometric “portal”, entering double height lobby exudes a grand space, a continuous path of quartzite stone “carpet” leads to Ken Smith designed courtyard, passing through Italian leather wrapped fireplace lounge. Italian travertine slabs “float” to create exterior and interior feature walls that appear to dissolve away. An African Rosewood veneer, is detailed to enhance richness of the wood and craftmanship of the interior. Also created design concept for apartment fit-outs of contemporary and elegant kitchen system in addition to bathroom concepts incorporating comprehensive Water Works fixtures. The new 30 story condominium tower in midtown east was completed & sold out in 2005. (for Studio V, SLCE core & shell architect, Dusti Helms lighting designer)
