LIC NYC Waterfront

Initial master plan, conceptual massing & feasibility design in 2007. Play of tower formations to take full advantage of sightlines, views, and activities along Queens’ East River water front. Design study included parking scenarios and residential & mixed-use program. Currently being developed by Durst. (for Studio V)
