Shanghai Project 1

Tasked to create over 1.5 million square feet of housing, series of residential buildings – varied in form, similar in color palette & materials – help create a brand new “harmonious” urban neighborhood. Tower massing are broken down from a singular rectangular expression to create interesting profiles & setbacks as it meets the skyline. Urban “windows” help create a beacon & iconic element to draw from afar and distinguish it from other developments. Lead designer for all buildings including 3D design & visualization.
