Shanghai Project

The main entry to the project is created as a public, intimate urban space and formed by carefully articulated massing of the pedestrian-scaled commercial buildings, and series of SOHO towers that become the welcoming face to the project. To promote healthy sustainable living, green roof and “sky” gardens are incorporated into building rooftops and setbacks to encourage outdoor activities at all levels.

Simple, but elegant, materials such as limestone, glazed brick face, and multi-sash glazing evoke maritime industrial aesthetic in a restrained, modern manner. While each buildings vary in height and massing, its materials, textures and articulations highlight an underlying common architectural palette and language into a unified vision.
