Lofts at The Yards
The Lofts at The Yards will be a 6 story mid-rise building with retail uses on the ground floor and residential lofts on the upper floors. The Yards is a 25-acre community pivoting around the adaptive reuse of existing industrial buildings, rail lines, landings, concrete slabs and other industrial elements within Assembly, the 165 acre redevelopment of the former General Motors Assembly Plant in Doraville, Georgia.
